In that case, our "Calendar SK" application is here for you.
You can scroll through the calendar by swiping left or right. You can find the description and dates of national holidays and school holidays under the calendar or they will be displayed in a detailed preview of an individual day.

You can enter a new event conveniently and quickly, you only need to fill in the most basic data about your date.
Whether it is a wedding anniversary, a celebration or a meeting - Kalendár SK will alert you to them in a clear way.

The SK calendar will also remind you of the birthdays of your loved ones. Call them directly from the app and make them happy!

You can place a small or large widget on your desktop displaying the current date and today's name day.
The widget will also remind you of a scheduled event in the calendar and notify you of your friends' birthdays.

The calendar also reminds of the change of summer and winter time and the beginning of the seasons, it also shows the times of sunrise and sunset and the phases of the moon.

The Pro version brings even richer functionality, including birthday reminders, additional calendar and widget styles, and extended settings options.
Just a few clicks directly in the application menu and you can use the Pro version for free for 30 days.

Tips for entering events:

1. You can enter the date of your event in several ways, choose the one that suits you best:
- by tapping on the plus on the top bar,
- in the detailed preview of an individual day, tap the Add button
- or hold your finger longer on a specific day in the calendar

2. You do not need to enter the end time of the event if you do not know it - it can simply remain the same as the start time.
In that case, only the initial time will be displayed for the event - for example "8:00 Doctor".

3. If the date of your event has changed, just move its start. Both the end time and the notification time will be moved automatically.

4. Selection of the main calendar:
If you also have Kalendář CZ or Kalendarz PL in version at least 3.1.0 installed on your device at the same time,
you can choose which of the calendars will send you event notifications.

5. Necessary settings:
For the proper operation of the application, it is necessary to grant the application all the necessary permissions and its background operation must not be restricted.
If these necessary settings are not made, some functions of the application may not work properly; it's mainly about updating the widget and sending notifications.

Slovak calendar with names, public holidays and holidays is free.
All this data will be updated free of charge for the next years when you install the following versions of the application.
The validity of data on public holidays and school holidays in the current version of the calendar is until the end of 2026.

The application displays advertising, the Pro version does not display advertising.
